FOR Olive Branch Weekend

  • Leading up to Easter, we want to serve the city of Olive Branch (and surrounding areas) through a few group projects or you may serve with your family or small group.
  • A few group projects will be available for you to participate in:
    • Cleanup around the OB Food Pantry to get rid of some bushes and just help improve the overall look
    • Cleanup around the FBCOB campus in preparation for Easter Sunday
    • Join Edwin Woods and his team in serving at the Memphis Union Mission
    • and 1 or 2 more group projects are in the works still…
  • A SERVE kit is available to pickup in the church office or in the info center on Saturday, March 27, which will lead you through some ideas on what you can do during the FOR Olive Branch weekend.
  • Some of these things will include:
    • Going to WalMart, Kroger, or Target a — giving people a small gift card and offering to pray for them and even share the gospel.
    • Making up some door hanger bags or gift bags to deliver to some neighbors on your street.
    • Writing cards to and praying for neighbors, local government leaders, first responders, police, etc.
    • And many more ideas will be included soon.
